Ingredients

4 tbs butter (1/2 stick)

3 tbs flour

1 1/2 cups milk

paprika

nutmeg

white pepper

salt


Directions

1. In a saucepan, on low, melt the butter. 2. add flour. 3. Slowly add milk, and cook until thickened, about 5 minutes. 4. Season to taste.
