1 24 oz seared

1/2 cup

1 cup reduced down

4 strips sauteed

Directions

Season & Sear steaks til rare cook bacon til crispy in oven preferably 375 for 30 mins. Reduce down balsamic vinegar by half in sauce pot cut bacon into pieces and mix with crumbled bleu cheese and place on top of steaks put steaks into 400 degree oven til cheese is melted drizzle balsamic vinegar over top and enjoy.
