2 lbs Chuck or round steak
1 Onion
2 whole cloves
2 Bay leaves whole

0.5 cup Onion finely chopped
2 tablespoon Brown sugar
0.5 teaspoon Salt
0.5 teaspoon Dry mustard
1 cup Ketchup
2 tablespoon Vinegar white or cider
2 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 cup Beef broth reserved from cooked meat

1 package Hamburger Buns or other buns
This was just what I was looking for--super simple, with ingredients I had on hand, but really delicious! I had many requests to make this again soon. I did add a few other things to the pressure cooker--celery, garlic, ginger, soy sauce. If I'd had any smoked paprika, I would have added that to the sauce. Thank you for posting this recipe. It's about to become a regular feature in my house.
lmobieSometimes Mom would double or triple this recipe and freeze the leftovers. This is another recipe that is good to make ahead of time and then just heat it up. It often tastes better after it has set a day. [I posted this recipe.]
