3 lb Eye of Round Roast cut 1/8 inch thick

Liquid smoke (optional if smoming)

Lowery's Season Salt

Lowry's Season Pepper


Directions

Place flat in a container in a single layer Sprinkle liquid smoke on each Evenly powder with season salt and pepper (Add crushed red pepper for added heat) Place additional meat on top in opposite orientation and repeat.
