Ingredients

2 Pounds Chuck Steak

3 Tbsp Flour

1/2 tsp Salt

3 Medium Carrots

1 Package Cremini Mushrooms

2 Cloves Garlic

1 Package Frozen peal onions

2-3 Cups Beef Broth

3/4 Cups Dry Red Wine

3/4 tsp Thyme

1 Pacakge gnocchi


Directions

1) In large bowl, toss together steak, flour and 1/4 tsp each salt and pepper. Place steak, carrots, onions, garlic, broth, red wine, and 1/2 tsp thyme. Cover and cooke 7 hours on low or 5 hours on high. 2) Remove lid and stir in remaining salt and dried thyme and gnocchi. Cook until gnocchi is tender. Calories - 322 per serving
