Beef Stroganoff

Ingredients

1/2 cup Yellow onion finely diced

1/3 cup Sour cream

3 Garlic cloves minced

1/4 cup Butter

1 lb Ground beef or sirloin steak

1/2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce

2 Tbsp Flour

1 tsp Salt

1 tsp Black pepper

8 oz Sliced mushrooms

1 10 oz can Cream of Mushroom

1/3 cup Milk

1/3 cup Water

1 12 oz bag Extra Wide Egg Noodles cooked


Directions

Sauté mushrooms, onion and garlic in butter over medium heat. Stir in cubed steak, or ground beef and brown. Stir in flour, salt, worcestershire sauce, mushrooms, and pepper cook 5 minutes, then stir in cream of mushroom soup. Simmer uncovered for 10 minutes. Stir in sour cream, water and milk until heated. Serve over noodles with a sprinkle of dried tarragon.
