Add salt and pepper to the flour. Coat steak in flour and sauté in butter and olive oil until brown. Remove steak. Add onions and mushrooms. Sauté until done. Remove onions and mushrooms from pan. Add 1 or 2 tsp of flour to pan drippings. Add cream of mushroom soup and beef broth to pan and whisk well. Add steak, mushrooms and onions back into pan and simmer on low for about 20 minutes. Turn off and add sour cream. Mix well. Serve over cooked egg noodles.
