Beef Stroganoff

Ingredients

2 lbs stew meat or sirloin No fat, not big pieces

1/2 butter or margarine

2 cups finely chopped onions

2 cloves garlic, minced

1/2 lb Fresh mushrooms sliced

1/2 tsp salt

Grated Pepper to taste

10.5 ounces Beef Bouillon, beef broth

1/4 cup dry white wine

1 cup dairy sour cream

1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

1 Tbs Ketchup


Directions

Heat margarine in PC. Brown meat. Take meat out, onions until glossy - add garlic, sauté for a minute , add mushrooms. Add meat broth, salt / pepper and wine, Worcestershire sauce. 10-12 mins under pressure. 2 tablespoons flour to thicken, then add flour. Taste season. Add some ketchup (1 Tbs) and sour cream. Do not boil with sour cream.
