Beef Stroganoff

Ingredients

2 pounds Stew meat cut into strips

1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup

1 can Cream of Celery Soup

1 medium Onion finely chopped

1 envelope french onion soup mix

1/2 teaspoon Black pepper

1 cup sour cream

1 package wide egg noodles boiled and strained


Directions

1) In crockpot, combine the first seven ingredients. 2) Cover and cook on low for 7-8 hours or until beef is tender 3) Stir in sour cream and let heat up a bit. 4) Serve with cooked noodles.
