Very flavorful goulash! I did swap the beef for turkey, but I cooked it in a little bacon fat. Other than that, I stuck to the recipe, and it was great!
ldoolanIt was easy and filling.
valezardNew favorite....loved this recipe!
jubu77So good, so easy. Topped with Parmesan cheese, yum!
courtneybacheVery much reminds me of my grandparent's goulash. I would make it again if the hubby would have liked it. He is kind of picky and tends to not enjoy more 'down home' cooked meals, like what our grandparents made. Don't let that deter you from trying it, though! If it seems dry when you reheat it, try with ketchup. I know it sounds crazy, but it's how I would have had it as a kid! : )
