Beer marinade
30 ml Robertsons Paprika
15 ml Robertsons Thyme
250 ml beer
30 ml Worcestershire sauce
10 ml Robertsons Garlic Flakes
30 ml Seeded Mustard
15ml lemon juice
15 ml Syrup
Method
Combine the marinade ingredients. Pour into a shallow dish and add the steaks. Turn to coat well.
Marinate for two to three hours at room temperature or overnight in the fridge.
Remove from the marinade and braai over hot coals for 8 to 15 minutes, depending on the thickness of the steak. Baste frequently with marinade during braaing.
