Directions
Season the meat with salt and pepper and Seer the roast on both sides in EVOO. Add the veggies to the pot then place the roast on top. Add some beef stock to the pan and mix the seering juices together to deglaze the pan. Pour the sauce over the meat.
Mix the sauce ingredients together and pour it over the roast.
Cook on Low 8 hours.
