16 drumsticks
1 can diced tomatoes
4 cloves garlic cloves
1/2 onion
1/4 tsp garlic salt
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tsp vinegar
3 tbsp soy cauce
1 big spurt ketchup
I made this recipe tonight and it was GREAT. I didn't have a can of diced tomatoes, so I used a can of Italian style stewed tomatoes, with all the juice. When I used the tongs to pull the chicken out of the pressure cooker, it was difficult to grab them without the meat just falling off the bones! I also basted a little bit of BBQ sauce over one side of the drumsticks before putting them in the oven. The sauce was very good, very sweet, and perfect over a bed of white rice. It would make a terrific soup if thickened a little. WOW. I don't cook often, but recipes like this make me look like I know what I'm doing. Thanks! BTW, next time I think I'll spice it up with jalapenos!
