Ingredients

2 cups All purpose flour

2 teaspoons Baking powder

2 teaspoons Kosher Salt

1 teaspoon Granulated sugar

1/4 teaspoon Baking soda

6 tablespoons Unsalted butter (melted)

4 each Scallions (thinly sliced)

1 1/2 cups Sour cream

2 tablespoons Unsalted butter(melted)

Hot paprika for sprinkling

Directions

1. Pre-heat the oven to 400 degrees. Whisk together the first 5 ingredients in a large bowl. Drizzle in 6 tablespoons of butter and mix lightly with your hands just to distribute. Make a well in the center; add the scallions and the sour cream. Mix well with a wooden spoon until no dry spots remain and a shaggy dough forms. Using two large spoons drop 1/2 cupfuls of dough onto a parchment line baking sheet about an inch apart (makes 8). Brush with the remaining melted butter and sprinkle with the hot paprika. Bake 13-15 minutes.
