Black Bean Chili With Beef

Ingredients

3 cup cooked black beans

1 pound stew beef cubed

3 tablespoon bacon grease

1 cup Onions chopped

1 cup green peppers chopped

1 cup green chilies diced

3 tablespoon Tomato paste

3 beef bouillon cubes (to 4) or beef base

1 teaspoon Ground cumin

1 teaspoon Garlic minced

1 teaspoon Salt

Freshly-ground black pepper to taste

1 cup Monterey Jack or cheddar cheese shredded


Directions

Brown stew beef in bacon grease with onion and green pepper. Combine all ingredients except cheese and cook 6 to 8 hours on LOW. Sprinkle cheese over individual servings. .
