Black Bean Hummus

Ingredients

1 16-oz can Black beans drained

1/4 cup Water

1/4 cup Tahini

1 clove Garlic crushed

3 tablespoons Fresh Lemon Juice

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon Ground coriander

1 teaspoon Ground cumin


Directions

Puree mixture. Transfer to bowl, garnish with some paprika and chopped fresh parsley.
