2 cups gold potatoes diced about 3 medium potatoes

2 cans 14.5 oz. fire roasted tomatoes

1 can 15 oz. tomato sauce

1 32 oz. box vegetable stock

4 cloves garlic minced

1 tablespoon chopped fresh oregano

2 tablespoon chopped fresh basil

1/2 teaspoon fine sea salt and cracked black pepper

1 tablespoon smoked paprika

1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

2 can 15 oz. black-eyed peas

4 cups collard greens chopped
