Ingredients

3/4 pound tender beef thinly sliced

2 tablespoons soy sauce

1/2 teaspoon pepper ground

1/2 cup chicken stock

1 tablespoon ginger minced

4 green onions 1 inch pieces

1 teaspoon sesame oil


Directions

Combine beef slices with 1 tablespoon soy souce and pepper, marinate for 30 minutes Drain beef, reserve marinate Combine marinade and stock and remaining soy sauce Heat wok to high, add oil. Add ginger, cook until fragrant. Add beef and green onions, stir fry until beef loses raw collor. Add stock mixture and cok until reduced by 1/2. Sprinkle sesame oil over all
