Ingredients

3 carcasses Chicken

6 Carrot

6 small Onion

6 Celery (branches)

6 Bay leaves

6 teaspoons Black pepper (en grain non-broyé)

3 teaspoons Dried thyme

9 liters Water

Directions

1) Mélanger tous les ingrédients ensembles dans une casserole. 2) Amener à ébullition. 3) Couvrir et laisser mijoter 4 heures à feu doux. 4) Transférer dans des pots mason de 1L et canner. NOTE: Donne environ 7 x 1L.
