Bourbon Chicken

Ingredients

2 pound Chicken

1 tablespoon Corn starch

2 tablespoon Sesame oil

1/2 teaspoon Black pepper

1/2 cup Soy sauce

1/4 cup Ketchup

1 teaspoon Cornstarch

1/4 cup Water

1/4 cup Apple Juice

2/3 cup Brown sugar

1/2 teaspoon Ginger ground or grated

3 teaspoon Garlic


Directions

1. Coat chicken in 1 TBSP cornstarch. 2. Heat sesame oil in a skillet. 3. Once chicken is cooked, add everything except the cornstarch. 4. Cook until sauce thickens some. Add cornstarch and mix. Sever with rice.
