Ingredients

3/4 cup water

2/3 cup instant mashed potato flakes

(or 1/2 cup mashed potatoes)

1 egg

2 tablespoons butter or margarine

2 tablespoons white sugar

1/4 cup powdered milk

1 teaspoon salt

3 cups bread flour

1 1/2 teaspoons yeast

Directions

Add ingredients to bread machine in order suggested by the machine's manufacturer. Add enough water to make a firm dough; use less if leftover potatoes are used. Bake at regular bread cycle. This recipe yields a 1 1/2 pound loaf.

I made it and it was amazing. I used powdered coconut milk thats what i had on hand and it came out perfect!
