Ingredients

1 large loaf White Bread

6 large Eggs

4 cups 2% Milk

1 cup sugar

2 teaspoons ground cinnamon

1/2 teaspoons Nutmeg


Directions

Preheat the oven to 350F degrees. Grease a 3-quart (9x13 inch) casserole pan. Cut bread into cubes and put in greased pan. In a large bowl, whisk the eggs. Then whisk in the sugar, milk, vanilla extract, cinnamon, & nutmeg. Pour the egg mixture over the bread in the greased pan, toss with bread. Let rest for 20 minutes. Cover dish with tin foil and bake for 20 minutes, Then remove the tin foil and bake for another 20 min. Then, broil on low for one minute, or until golden brown. Let rest for 10 minutes, then enjoy
