Bread Pudding

Simple bread pudding recipe.

Ingredients

1 small Loaf of bread cubed

4 Eggs

2 cups Sugar

2 cans Evaporated milk

1 tsp Vanilla extract

1 tsp Nutmeg

4 tbsp Butter Sliced


Directions

Cube the bread and let stale in the fridge for an hour or so. After bread has dried, set sliced butter off to the side. Mix together the remaining custard ingredients and pour over bread. Mix bread together and place in a greased 9 x 13 pan. Place the butter slices on top of the dish. Bake at 375 for for 20 minutes uncovered and 10 minutes covered. Let warm for 10 minutes. This recipe can have any item added to it Milk chocolate chip and slivered almonds in picture
