Bruce's Buffalo Chicken Dip

This is an awesome dip that can be served hot or cold with crackers or veggies

Ingredients

1 whole Fully cooked chicken

16 ounces Cream cheese

1 cup Franks Red Hot Sauce

1/2 cup Bleu Cheese Dressing

1/2 cup Crumbled Bleu Cheese

1/2 teaspoon Old Bay

1/8 teaspoon Ground cayenne pepper to taste

1/2 cup Pepper Jack Cheese shredded


Directions

Strip the meat off of the chicken and finely chop. The smaller pieces the better. Add All ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix together thoroughly . Place mixed ingredients into a caserole dish You can add some cayenne pepper and more shredded cheese on top if you like. Bake in oven for 15-20 minutes at 400 degrees Fahrenheit May be eaten immedately, or served cold.
