Butterfinger Ice Cream Pie

Ingredients

2 3.9 oz packages Instant chocolate pudding

2 cups milk or cream

1 quart Chocolate ice cream softened

2 cups Graham cracker crumbs

1/2 cup butter melted

1/2 cup Butterfinger bars crushed

1 pint Heavy whipping cream whipped


Directions

Prepare crust by mixing crumbs with butter, add some Butterfinger crumbs if you wish. Freeze. Beat chocolate pudding with milk or cream, add softened ice cream. Pour into crust. Top with whipped cream, sprinkle with crushed Butterfingers. May be made into an ice cream cake by using a springform pan. Makes 2 pies or one 9 x 13 pan
