Crispy, light and fluffy waffles!

2 egg yolks
1 1/2 cups buttermilk
3/4 cup sour cream
1 tsp baking soda
2 tablespoon cornmeal
1 cup flour
5 tablespoon melted butter
3 egg whites beaten until fluffy
The key to fluffy waffles is to avoid over-mixing! If you don''t have buttermilk, you can add 2T of white vinegar to 1 1/2 cups of whole milk and let it stand for 5 minutes. This will work just as well. [I posted this recipe.]
