Cabbage Jambalaya - EASY

Ingredients

1 pound Ground Beef

1 pound Smoked Sausage cut into 1/4" slices

1 Onion chopped

3 stalks Celery chopped

1 clove Garlic chopped

1 cup Rice uncooked

1 medium Cabbage Head chopped

14.5 ounces Stewed Tomatoes chopped

2 cups Beef Stock

1 teaspoon Garlic Salt

1/2 teaspoon Salt


Directions

Prepare vegetables as instructed. Prepare Smoked Sausage. Cook in large pot on medium-high heat: - Ground Beef - Smoked Sausage - Onion - Celery - Garlic Cook and stir about 5 minutes; until ground meat is browned. Strain to remove grease. Stir in: - Rice - Cabbage - Stewed Tomatoes - Beef Stock - Garlic Salt - Salt Bring to boil. Reduce to low and cover. Cook for 45 minutes, stirring once or twice.
