Prepare vegetables as instructed.
Prepare Smoked Sausage.
Cook in large pot on medium-high heat:
- Ground Beef
- Smoked Sausage
- Onion
- Celery
- Garlic
Cook and stir about 5 minutes; until ground meat is browned.
Strain to remove grease.
Stir in:
- Rice
- Cabbage
- Stewed Tomatoes
- Beef Stock
- Garlic Salt
- Salt
Bring to boil. Reduce to low and cover. Cook for 45 minutes, stirring once or twice.
