Ingredients

1 Can Collard Greens Drained

1/2 Onion peeled and chopped

1/4 Green Pepper Chopped

1/2 tsp. White Sugar Add to cut bitterness

1/4 tsp. Garlic powder

1 tbsp. Olive oil

1/2 cup Water

1/2 or 1/4 tsp. Crushed red peppers (optional)


Directions

Sauteed onions and peppers in Olive Oil for about 2 mins. Add greens from can and all ingredients. Simmer on low heat for 45 mins. Taste greens for bitterness.
