COMBINE milk and eggs in a bowl and whisk together
ADD flour all at once and whisk (using whisk or fork) until smooth batter forms.
REFRIGERATE batter, covered at least 1 hour or up to 4 hours.
THOROUGHLY grease 12 cup- muffin pans (for individual puddings) or a cake pan if not making individuals)
SPOON A THIN film of beef drippings into each cup (or pour into cake pan)
PLACE PAN WITH DRIPPING INTO the oven for 5 minutes, making sure the fat is very hot.
DIVIDE batter evenly aont the baking cups (or all of it into the cake pan)
BAKE 15 minutes, then reduce temperature to 375 deg. (DO NOT REMOVE PUDDING FROM OVEN )
BAKE ANOTHER 15 - 20 MINUTES -until puffed and golden.
