Carrot Soufflet

Ingredients

1 lb Carrots peeled and sliced (cook in salt water)

1/2 cup butter/margarine

1/2 cup Sugar

1 tsp Baking powder

3 TB Flour tortillas

3 Eggs

1 tsp Vanilla


Directions

Sift dry ingredients, then add eggs and vanilla until smooth. Blend carrots and butter. Add egg mixture to blender with carrots and butter and blend until smooth. Bake at 350 for 45 min.
