Cheese and Chive Drop Biscuits

Ingredients

2 Cups All purpose gf flour

2 Tsp Baking powder

1 1/2 Tsp Xanthan gum

1 1/2 Tsp Salt

1/4 Tsp Baking soda

1 Cup Buttermilk

1/2 Cup Greek yogurt

1 1/4 Cup Grated cheddar

1/3 Cup Chives Chopped

6 tbsp butter


Directions

Preheat oven to 425. Prepare cooking sheet with non stick spray. Combine dry ingredients. Add cheese and chives to flour mixture. With fingers, cut pats of butter into the flour. In a separate bowl combine wet ingredients, then add to flour mixture, stirring until mixed. Drop large spoonfuls of mixture onto prepared cookie sheets. Bake 12-15 minutes or until tops are lightly browned. Remove from oven and brush tops with melted butter.
