Cheese and Meatball Soup

Ingredients

1 pound Ground beef

1/4 cup Bread crumbs

1/2 teaspoon Tabasco sauce

1 Egg

1 teaspoon Salt

1 cup Broccoli

1 cup Carrots

1 cup white shoe peg corn

1 cup Celery

1/2 cup Onion chopped

4 cup water

2 teaspoons Beef bouillon crystals

1/4 teaspoon Tabasco sauce

16 ounces Cheese Whiz


Directions

Combine the first five ingredients. Form into very small sized meatballs. Bake in 400 oven until browned. Drain. Place all ingredients, except Cheese Whiz, with meatballs in a crockpot . Cook 8 - 10 hours on low. Just before serving stir in Cheese Whiz. Stir gently until well blended.
