Mix crackers, sugar, pecans and butter. Press into a 12 inch springform pan. Bake 10 min. @ 375
Mix cream cheese with sugar and add eggs one at a time. Add vanilla. Pour into crust and bake 45 min @ 375. Will be a little loose in the middle.
Let cool.
Whip sour cream, add vanill and sugar. Pour crefully over baked cake. Bake @ 500 for 5-10 min. Cool. Refrigerate overnight or 6-8 hours.
