Cheese Ravioli with Pumpkin Alfredo Sauce

Ingredients

1 (25 oz.) package Frozen cheese ravioli

3 tablespoons All purpose flour

2 cups Skim milk

1 (14.5 oz.) can Reduced-sodium chicken broth

3 cloves Garlic minced

2 tablespoons Butter

1/2 cup Parmesan cheese shredded

1/2 cup Canned pumpkin

1/4 cup Fresh parsley minced

1-1/2 teaspoon Fresh sage minced

1 dash Nutmeg

1/4 cup Chopped walnuts toasted


Directions

Cook ravioli according to package directions. Whisk flour, milk and chicken broth; set aside. Saute garlic in butter. Stir in milk mixture, Parmesan, pumpkin, parsley, sage and nutmeg. Cook until thickened, stirring occasionally; add ravioli. Top with walnuts.
