Directions

1. Beat cream cheese and sugar on high speed until light and fluffy. Add eggs, 1 at a time, making sure each is fully incorporated before adding the next one. 3. Add vanilla and sour cream and mix thoroughly. 4. Spray open bottom muffin tins with vegetable oil spray. Fill 3/4 full. 5. Bake in alto-shaam at 300 until set, about 1 hour. 6. Chill thoroughly.
