1. preheat oven to 350
2. Cook bacon until crisp, chop into pieces and reserve. Add chopped asparagus to the pan and season, saute for 5-10 minutes.
3. Evenly spread asaragus and bacon in blind baked shell and top it with cheese.
4. Whisk together the milk, cream, eggs, salt, pepper, nutmeg. Pour into the shell and bake for 25-30 minutes. Ready when no more liquid and just a slight jiggle in the middle.
