This is a wonderful side dish with ham. You can add a topping of 2 cups corn flakes mixed with .5 stick (1/4 cup) melted butter the last 10 minutes of baking for even more yumminess.

Really great recipe. Did it tonight. Being British I sometimes struggle with the cup thing but just kind of guessed it and it's a very forgiving recipe and was delicious. Served with big herby sausages and spiced up beans.....perfect x

I just made these today! Delicious!! I put it together yesterday and then baked in the oven. I ended up cooking these a little bit longer because the darn ham was taking so long to heat up - but the oven temp was also only 325 degrees. They tasted SO good! The only changes I made were to use light sour cream (not fat free) and reduced fat cream of chicken soup. I also used a cheddar/monterey blend cheese. I will definitely be making these again. (Although maybe halving the recipe since it is just the two of us -- but we like leftovers.) Thank you for posting this recipe!!!

A really nice side dish. Really quick to prepare, but it does need an hour in the oven.
