Ingredients

2 Cups Milk

3 Table Honey

1 Cup Strawberries

2/3 Cup Chia Seeds


Directions

Add milk, honey and strawberries to a bowl, and stir together until honey dissolves. Mix in chia seeds. Divide the mixture into 4 jars, cover, and place in the refrigerator overnight. Top with chopped strawberries before serving. Notes: Can be stored covered in the refrigerator up to 4 days.
