Chicken and Dressing Sheet Pan Dinner

Ingredients

1/2 loaf Ciabatta or other rustic bread, 1" pieces

4 cups cornbread chunks/cubes

1 medium onion chunks

3 stalks celery sliced

2 carrots peeled, cut into chunks

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon sage ground

1/2 teaspoon Thyme ground

8 whole chicken thighs with bones

1/2 cup butter small pieces


Directions

Preheat 425, line sheet pan with heavy duty foil Place bread cubes, cornbread cubes, onion, celery and carrots on sheet pan Toss together with hands Nestle chicken thighs around pan, skin side up Mix salt, pepper, sage, thyme and sprinkle over everything Dot top with butter Oven 15 minutes, use wooden spoon to stir bread and vegetables, mixing in butter Roast additional 25-30 minutes until chicken cooked.
