Chicken Burrito Bowls

Ingredients

1.5 lbs Boneless chicken breasts

14.5 oz Diced tomatoes

1 can Chicken broth

2 teaspoons Chili powder

1 teaspoon Salt

1 teaspoon Ground cumin

1 cup Rice

15 oz Black beans Drained and rinsed

1 can Corn

1 Avocado

Cheese


Directions

Combine chicken breast, diced tomatoes, and juices, chili powder, salt, cumin and chicken broth until chicken is covered. Add water if chicken isn't covered. Cook on low pressure for 3-4 hours or high pressure for 30 minutes. Uncover and add rice, beans, and corn. Cook on high pressure for 30 minutes. Shred chicken. Serve with cheese and avocado.
