2 cups mushrooms sliced
2 medium onions sliced
4 cloves garlic minced
2 pounds tomatoes, canned
2 cans Tomato paste
2 teaspoons salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
2 teaspoons oregano
1 teaspoon celery seed
2 bay leaf, whole
1/2 cup white wine
