1 Package Heated

1 Pint

2 Bags

1 Can

Chopped

Cooked and cut (or shredded)


Directions

Wrap tortillas in paper towel and microwave for 30-40 seconds then lay out in glass baking dish. Pour 1 tbsp of heavy cream in each tortilla and then a couple of handfuls of cheese. Add already cooked and cut (or shredded) chicken then roll them up. Pour enchilada sauce over top, sprinkle more cheese, and sprinkle chopped green onions. Cover with foil and bake at 350 for 35 mins. Take foil off and bake for another 5 mins.
