Chicken Grand Marnier

Ingredients

4 Large chicken breasts, boned, split into 2

Salt and flour

Peanut oil (no substitute)

4 tablespoon Brown sugar

2 tablespoon Butter

2 Large oranges, peeled and sliced

1/2 cup Grand marnier

1/2 cup Toasted almonds


Directions

1. Lightly salt and flour chicken. Fry chicken over med heat in oil until nicely browned. Remove from pan and set aside. Pour off oil in pan; add sugar and butter. Simmer until smooth. Add chicken and oranges. Add Grand Marnier and simmer while basting for 5-10 minutes, until done. Arrange chicken and fruit on a platter; sprinkle with almonds.
