Ingredients

1 Chicken breast

2 ounces Onion chopped

1 pinch Chili powder

1/4 pint Milk warm

1/2 tablespoon Yoghurt natural

1/4 ounce ground Almonds

1 1/2 tablespoon Chicken Stock

1 pinch Cinnamon

1/8 teaspoon Garam masala

1/8 teaspoon Cardamom

1/8 teaspoon Garlic powder

3/4 tablespoon oil divided


Directions

Heat half the oil in a pan and brown chicken. Remove. Heat the remaining oil and fry onion, spices and garlic over a low heat for about 10 minutes. Return chicken to the pan. Stir in the salt, stock, milk and almonds. Bring to the boil. Cover and simmer for 35 minutes. Stir in the yoghurt and garam masala and reheat. Serve over a bed of rice.
