This is just like one of those frozen Bertoli's meals, but cheaper and, according to my husband, tastier.

Ingredients

4 tbs EVOO

14 can tomatoes diced

1 clove garlic

1 box penne pasta

1 can black olives (optional)

1/2 cup mozzerella shredded

1/4 cup fresh basil cut into strips

1/2 cup cooked chicken cut into pieces

Directions

Heat EVOO, garlic and tomatoes in a skillet. Add cooked chicken, basil, and olives. Toss with the cooked pasta and then add mozzerella. Serve immediately.
