Chicken Spaghetti

Ingredients

4 boneless chicken breast halves

1 pk Spaghetti

1/2 cup Skim milk

1/2 teaspoon Salt

1/4 teaspoon Pepper

2 cans Cream of mushroom soup

2 cans Mushroom sliced

8 cups Water


Directions

1. Combine chicken and water in a large skillet; cover and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 15 to 20 minutes or until done; drain well. Chop chicken and set aside. 2. Cook spaghetti according to package directions, omitting fat and salt. Set aside. 3. Combine milk, mushrooms, soup, salt and pepper blend together. Add Chicken. 4. Spray 13x9x2 baking dish with cooking spray. Add noddles and soup mixture. Stir ingredients together. 5. Bake at 325? for 30 to 45 minutes or until heated throughly.

My family didn't care for this. It would be great for someone on a bland diet.

It would be helpful to know what size package of spaghetti. I typically buy the 16 ounce box but I think that's too much so I'll try 8 ounces next time. Other than that this was ok.
