Chicken Spaghetti

Ingredients

6-8 chicken breasts

1 pkg. thin spaghetti

4 ribs celery chopped

1 lg. onion chopped

1 lg. green pepper chopped

1 can cream of chicken soup

1 lb. jalapeno Velveeta cheese

1 can Rotel tomatoes

1 small can sliced mushrooms

1 small can sliced ripe olives


Directions

Boil chicken in seasoned water. Cut into chunks. Boil spaghetti in chicken stock until tender. Saute onion, celery, and green pepper in a little oil or butter. Add soup, Velveeta and tomatoes. Cook until blended and cheese is melted. Add mushrooms and olives. Mix chicken, spaghetti and sauce. Put in 3 quart buttered casserole dish, or 2 smaller dishes. Bake at 400 degrees for 15-30 minutes until bubbly. Freezes well.
