Chicken Tetrazzini

Ingredients

7 oz Spaghetti broken into small

1/4 c Butter or margarine

1/4 c Flour

1/2 ts Salt

1/4 ts Pepper

1 c Chicken broth

1 c Half-and-half

2 c chicken Cut-up cooked

1 cn Sliced mushrooms drained

1/2 c Grated Parmesan cheese


Directions

Cook spaghetti pieces till just tender; drain. Heat butter in 3 qt. saucepan until melted. Stir in flour, salt, and pepper. Cook, stirring constantly , until smooth and bubbly; remove from heat. Stir in broth and half-and-half. Heat to boiling; stirring constantly. Boil and stir for 1 minute. Stir in cooked spaghetti, chicken, and mushrooms. Pour into ungreased casserole dish.
