CCherylmade this but added garam masala powder to give it that extra kick to it and cooked it on a bbq to give it a lovely smokey finish this added depth to the flavour and made it an all round winner
BillychefI didn't notice that you were supposed to marinate for 3 hours before I started. I marinated for only 10 minutes, but it was still delicious!
